The Netatmo Smart Door Lock is an electronic cylinder lock made of highly resistant stainless steel, making it an ideal product to add to your smart home security set-up. Our product meets the most stringent requirements for physical and electronic security, in accordance with the EN15684 standard and SKG*** certification. This wireless door lock is designed to protect your home from physical break-in attempts involving lock-picking, drilling, tearing, cutting and hammering.
The Smart Keys that open the smart cylinder lock are based on certified NFC technology, protected by the most reliable cryptographic methods. They are tamper-proof, impossible to duplicate (which is a risk with traditional keys), and can be instantly deactivated from the Home + Security app in the event of loss or theft. Unlike a conventional keypad lock, there's no code to remember, and no need to worry about anyone gaining unauthorised access to your home if the code is accidentally disclosed.

The Smart Door Lock puts you in control of your home security. Lock and unlock your electronic door lock simply by inserting your Smart Key like any other key, or go keyless and just use your smartphone! This wireless door lock is not connected to the Internet, but uses secure Bluetooth communication to unlock the door when you're nearby.
No need to hide your keys under a plant plot anymore! If you want to let other people into your home while you're away, you can do so while maintaining a high level of security. It's easy: just send your guests an invitation from the Home + Security app to grant them temporary access. They will then be able to open the door to your home without a key, using their own smartphone to unlock the wireless door lock.
As well as being more secure than many traditional Yale or keypad locks, the Smart Door Lock is also your best option from a convenience point of view. Don’t waste any more time getting copies of your keys made at the locksmith! Just use the Home + Security app to create or deactivate as many Smart Keys as you like.
Is the Smart Door Lock compatible with my front door?
The Netatmo Smart Door Lock is compatible with doors that already have a Euro cylinder lock, which is the most common type of lock in Europe, outside Scandinavia. The product can be installed on most doors up to 10 cm thick. Otherwise, you may need to install an Extension Kit (sold separately) in order to use your new lock.
The smartphone door lock is compatible with doors fitted with both single-point and multi-point locks. Doors with lift-up handles are also compatible with this product.

Easy do-it-yourself installation
The wireless door lock is easy to fit so there's no need to hire a professional. The whole process will only take you a few minutes and a few turns of a screwdriver! Simply take out your existing cylinder lock and replace it with your new Netatmo Smart Door Lock.
